Terms of service
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Your contract is with Booey & Bros LLC, trading as Custom Golf Balls Now. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian order for you.
1. Your photos and text
When you upload an image or enter text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that you have the consent of anyone recognizable in the photo (including a parent's consent for a child). You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, edit, and reproduce it to prepare, print, deliver, and support your order. We do not keep a permanent reorder library; you may need to upload the photo again for a future order.
Only submit images you own or have permission to print. This includes professional or studio photographs, stock photos, team or league logos, cartoon or movie characters, brand marks, and other artwork. Family photos you took, or ones you have the photographer's written release for, are fine. We review submitted designs before printing for content that appears to violate these rules. You remain responsible for the rights and permissions needed for what you submit; our review cannot verify ownership or consent. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion and refund it in full. If a rights holder contacts us, we remove the design and cancel any pending orders using it. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you supplied.
You also agree not to upload content that is hateful, sexual, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.
2. Marketing permission
We will ask for separate written permission before featuring your photo or design in our marketing.
3. Orders, pricing, and proofs
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before you order. If a price or product description is obviously wrong, we may cancel and refund the affected order. Your on-screen preview is a digital representation. Printed colors, ink density, and placement can vary slightly from what you see on your display, and small variations are normal for a hand-finished product, not defects. Sales tax is added where required.
4. Intellectual property
Our name, logo, site design, illustrations, and copy belong to us. Golf ball brand names, if any appear, belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
5. Warranty and limitation of liability
Except where the law says otherwise, the site and products are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages such as a missed occasion. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
6. Disputes
These terms are governed by California law. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in effect on your order date governs that order. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
DMCA & copyright policy
Customers must have permission to use the photos and designs they submit. We may refuse or cancel an order involving disputed artwork. We review copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Filing a copyright notice
If you believe material on our site infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a written notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material at issue and enough information for us to locate it, such as a page URL, order number, or screenshot.
- Your mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

What happens next
We review complete notices and respond expeditiously, including removing or disabling access to material where appropriate. We notify the customer who submitted it when appropriate. We may end access for customers who repeatedly submit infringing material.
Counter-notification
If material you submitted was removed by mistake or misidentification, send our agent a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, and telephone number, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court, and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. We forward valid counter-notices to the complainant and may restore site material after 10–14 business days unless we receive notice of a court action seeking to restrain the disputed activity.

We use browser storage for the cart, checkout, and site preferences. We do not place advertising cookies. At checkout, our payment provider Stripe may use cookies and browser signals for payment, fraud prevention, security, and its Link service. Learn more in Stripe's privacy information.
Do Not Track. We do not change how this site or its payment tools operate when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We do not use advertising trackers or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Stripe may collect checkout-related browser information for the purposes described above.
Your rights
California residents may request to know, correct, or delete their personal information and exercise other privacy rights that apply. Email hello [at] customgolfballsnow.com. We will verify and respond as required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request with written permission.
Sharing, retention, and kids
We use service providers for payments, shipping, email, hosting, and requested photo processing. We do not sell your photos or use them in marketing without separate written permission. We keep order records as required for tax and accounting. Uploaded artwork is removed from our primary storage under the file-safety schedule below; backups and outside photo processors may follow different schedules. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; if a minor's data reaches us, we treat it as sensitive and will respond to deletion requests as required by law.
How our photo tools use faces
Our photo tools may locate faces to crop or cut them out when you request that edit. We do not use them to identify a person or match faces to a database. The original and processed artwork may be stored to produce and support your order, as described in file safety. We do not use automated decision-making to approve or deny orders.
Your photos & file safety
We keep uploaded photos and prepared designs while we make and ship your order and for a limited period afterward to address order problems. A scheduled process removes them from our primary storage after shipment; uploads that never become an order are handled separately. Backups and outside photo processors may retain copies on different schedules. Email us to request deletion; we will explain what can be removed and when.
We use your files to prepare, print, deliver, and support your order. If you choose a photo-editing feature, the image may be sent to a service provider for processing. We do not sell your photos or use them in marketing without your separate written permission.
Uploads use an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Primary storage is private, and access is restricted to staff and service providers who need the files to prepare, print, or support your order. Your photos are not placed in a public gallery.
We keep order records separately for tax, accounting, and customer support. If the artwork is no longer available when you reorder, you will need to upload it again. If a breach affects your information, we will provide notice as required by law.
Email terms
We do not send marketing text messages.
Email (CAN-SPAM)
- Signing up subscribes you to marketing email.
- Every marketing email includes a working one-click unsubscribe and our physical mailing address, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days.
- Order confirmations, proofs, and shipping notices continue after you unsubscribe from marketing email.
Accessibility statement
We work to make this site usable with screen readers, keyboards, magnification, and voice control. We're working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and review the site on an ongoing basis.
