When will my order arrive?+
Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–3 business days; busy seasons can take longer. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–6 business days after shipment, or 1–3 with Priority. Check your checkout for the latest delivery estimate. We'll send tracking when your order ships.
What photo works best?+
A clear, well-lit photo with the face easy to see works best. Check the preview before ordering, and contact us if you are unsure.
What brand of golf ball is it?+
It is our own ball rather than a big brand name, built to regulation size and weight, 1.68 inches and 1.62 ounces. A two-piece ball with a rubber core and a durable ionomer cover, printed here in Gilroy. If you want a specific brand for a tournament, message us before ordering and we'll tell you whether we can source it.
Can I print text on both sides?+
Yes. Choose front, back, or both sides in the customizer above. Both sides is included at no extra cost.
What if I don't love it?+
If the print doesn't match the design you approved, or it arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 15 days of delivery with a photo. You can choose a reprint or refund under our returns policy.
