Ordering & photos
What kind of photo works best?+
A clear, well-lit photo where the face fills a good part of the frame works best. Phone photos can work well. Check the preview before ordering, and contact us if you are unsure.
Can I add my own text?+
Yes, and it’s included. No extra charge. Add a name, a nickname, a date, or a joke. “Best Dad by Par” and “If Lost, Return to Dave” are two of our most-ordered.
Do you print on both sides?+
We can. Most people put the photo on one side and a message on the other. Just tell us what you’d like on the back when you order.
Can each ball in the pack be different?+
Not within one pack. Each pack uses one design. To order different designs, add a separate pack for each design to your cart.
Do I need to know anything about golf?+
Not a thing. You pick the photo and the words; we handle every golf-related detail. Most of our customers have never played a round in their life.
The balls themselves
Are these real, playable golf balls?+
Yes. Brand-new white golf balls, never played or refurbished. Plenty of people keep the first set on a desk or shelf, but they’re made to be hit.
Will the print peel or wash off?+
It isn’t a sticker or decal. The image is printed onto the ball, so it should not peel or wash off during normal use. As with any golf ball, the print can scuff with play.
Is it printed in color?+
Full color. Photos come out as photos: skin tones, a dog’s coat, a bright team jersey. That’s the whole point.
How many balls come in a pack?+
Our 3-pack starts at $21.95. Larger packs are available at lower per-ball prices.
Shipping & delivery
How fast will it arrive?+
Two clocks, kept separate: most orders are printed and shipped within 1–3 business days, but busy seasons can take longer. Standard delivery is then estimated at 3–6 business days depending on destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
I need it by a specific date. Can you help?+
Email us before you order with the date and your ZIP code. We’ll tell you whether delivery looks feasible, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Birthdays and Father’s Day are our busiest weeks, so earlier is better.
When is delivery free?+
Standard delivery is free on U.S. orders of $50 or more after discounts, before tax. Full conditions are on our shipping page.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?+
Not yet. U.S. addresses only for now. Email us if you’re abroad and we’ll let you know when that changes.
How do I track my order?+
We email tracking the moment your box leaves us. You can also look it up any time with your order number and email on the track your order page. No account needed.
After you order
What if I don’t love how it turns out?+
If the print doesn’t match what you approved, or there’s a defect or shipping damage, email us within 15 days after delivery with a photo and we’ll reprint or refund. Your choice. You usually don’t need to send anything back.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?+
If we haven’t printed yet, absolutely. Email us right away and we’ll catch it. Once your design is on the ball it can’t be un-printed, since it was made only for you.
Do you do bulk, corporate, or event orders?+
Yes. Tournaments, company gifts, groomsmen, charity scrambles. Email us with your quantity and date and we’ll send pricing.
